Overview SAN FRANCISCO, CA (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - A dynamic, accomplished family in San Francisco's vibrant Mission District is seeking an extraordinary FULL-TIME NANNY to provide exceptional, devoted care for their 10-week-old daughter. Both parents work in tech on a hybrid schedule, and extended family is frequently present in the home, creating a warm, connected environment for the right person to step into. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional domestic travel. The family would love a nanny who is excited to take their daughter out into the world, whether that means a morning at the park, a library storytime, a swim class, or simply exploring the incredible city right outside their door. Adventure and intention go hand in hand in this household. The ideal candidate will bring substantial newborn and infant care experience, a strong foundation in child development, and a track record of long-term placements with discerning families. Experience with high-profile or privacy-conscious households is a significant plus, as is comfort navigating a home where grandparents and family members are occasionally present. This family is thoughtful and engaged, and they are looking for a true partner in care, not simply someone to fill a seat. Beyond primary childcare, this role includes light cooking for the family, children's laundry, light household assistance, errand running, and driving the baby in the family's vehicle. When the baby is settled and downtime arises, the family welcomes a proactive presence, someone who might research developmental classes, coordinate appointments, or bring fresh ideas to the table. A candidate who has only worked in fully staffed households where duties are highly compartmentalized may find the expectations here a better fit with some flexibility of spirit. The family has a cat, so comfort with pets is essential. Vaccination requirements are non-negotiable: all candidates must be current on TDAP, flu, COVID, and COVID booster before hire. Candidates who speak Hindi are especially encouraged to apply. While local San Francisco candidates are strongly encouraged, the family is open to relocation assistance for an exceptional match. This is a long‑term placement, and the family is committed to building a lasting, trusting relationship with the right person. This position offers $50 to $65 per hour gross via payroll + industry-standard PTO + Sick Days.
