Role Overview:
An industry marketplace startup in NYC, currently with a team of around 65 people, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join their growing company. This on-site role offers a competitive salary of up to $200k, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package. With over $40 million in funding, the company is well-positioned for continued growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, including proficiency in React and React Native.
- STEM or Computer Science degree from a top-tier school (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience building APIs (highly desirable).
- Passion for engineering and dedication to mastering your craft.
- Experience with early-stage startups (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to thrive in high-quality, fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional code and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the development of web and mobile applications.
- Establish best practices in code reusability and build processes.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Build analytics and monitoring systems to assess user experience and application health.
