Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse position located in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role involves providing specialized care in an operating room environment, supporting surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedics, total joints, and robotics. The position requires adaptability to a three-week rotating schedule with day shifts, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through excellent clinical skills.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in Oregon, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support certification. Candidates should have at least one year of recent full-time equivalent operating room experience, with strong skills in orthopedics, total joints, and robotics.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Three to five years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience are highly desirable. Current or future bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, CNOR certification, ACLS certification, and pre-op and IV start skills are preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves participation in a fair share call schedule, with responsibilities spanning both circulating and scrub nurse duties to support surgical teams.
