VP, Marketing Effectiveness

Manages a large, cross-client analytics team Takes ultimate responsibility for all work done by their team Ensures successful client delivery Establishes, implements and advocates vision/strategy for the team Leads a cross-functional team performing data requirements, dashboards, custom and ad hoc analyses Understands the client’s business and presents deliverables that articulate business value Empowers direct reports to own their client relationships and projects Maintains positive partnerships with internal stakeholders and clients Acts as the senior most point of contact for Marketing Effectiveness Manages performance and career growth of junior team members Provides thought leadership internally and for clients Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field 12+ years in a quantitative business environment 6+ years in marketing analytics with knowledge of the media planning process Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama) Advanced media measurement capabilities (i.e. MMM, MTA), and planning A/B and Match Market testing Advanced in SQL, Python, or R Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills, political instincts, and proven-leadership ability.
