Plastic Injection Machine Operator

Location: Rockford, MI   Shift: 2nd Shift   Pay: $17 per hour

Job Summary:

Join a temperature-controlled facility in Rockford, MI, as a  Plastic Injection Machine Operator ! In this role, you’ll operate plastic injection molding machines to manufacture high-quality office chair components. This innovative company uses recovered plastics to create durable products shipped across North America, Asia, and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating molding machines: Run and monitor plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Quality control: Inspect parts to ensure they meet production and quality standards.
• Production support: Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment to maintain workflow and output.
• Additionally, you’ll  assist with general production needs and  maintain a clean, safe work area.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using basic hand tools
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail
  
  

Skills:

• Basic math skills: Helpful for measuring materials and verifying quantities.
• Communication: Ability to read and write in English for safety and production documentation.
• Teamwork: Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
