Transitions At Home, is currently seeking to hire a Part-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the Superior area.

What does a Transitions at Home Physical Therapist Assistant do?
A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist/RN Clinical Manager.
Hours: Part-Time

• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Monday through Friday
• No Holidays

• $28- $33 per hour starting wage, depending on experience

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Two (2) years’ experience preferred.
• CPR Certification
• A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
