We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals for school-based opportunities in the Corona/Norco, California area. These positions are sub-to-start with the potential for continued placement based on district needs and performance. Candidates will support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings.

Position Details:

Location: Corona/Norco, CA
Schedule: School hours, Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Sub-to-Start
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Setting: Onsite only

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers and students
Assist students with academic tasks and classroom participation
Support behavior management and implementation of classroom strategies
Work with students individually or in small groups as needed
Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success

Qualifications:

Experience working with children or in school settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, dependable, and adaptable
Ability to follow classroom and behavioral support plans
