Job Description As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, adhere to established standards, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for staff and customers alike. You will work closely with servers to ensure timely service and uphold the high quality that Applebee's is known for. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Applebee's® standards. Interact courteously with guests and team members, making every visit positive. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following health and safety guidelines. Operate daily on a flexible schedule, contributing to team success. Be at least 21 years old, capable of clear communication and teamwork. Demonstrate commitment to making a meaningful impact in the workplace. Compensation Starting wage of $6.75 per hour plus tips.
