Part-time Receptionist

Part-Time Receptionist (Shiloh, IL) Our Company: Wilke Window & Door is the largest Andersen window dealer in the St. Louis Metro area. We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to both commercial and retail customers. We’ve been in business for over 65 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO and Shiloh, IL. Position: We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist at our Shiloh, Illinois showroom. Must be available to work Monday- Friday (afternoons) and every 3rd Saturday, approximately 20-25 hrs/per week. Candidate must be dependable and have a positive and friendly attitude. Responsibilities include: greeting customers, answering multi-line telephone system, sorting mail, typing and filing. Good organizational and people skills a must. Schedule: Mon., Tues., Wed. & Fri - Afternoons until 4:45 pm Every 3rd Saturday - 10 am - 2 pm Off on Thursday & Sunday Responsibilities: Greet, assist and/or direct customers to the appropriate staff member. Receive, direct and relay incoming telephone, email and fax messages. Sort, date stamp and distribute all incoming mail. Maintain the general filing system. Provide administrative support as needed. Requirements: High School diploma with at least 2 years of administrative experience preferably as a receptionist. Must be available to work Monday - Friday and every third Saturday. Must have the flexibility to work either morning or afternoon shift. Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills. Positive, friendly attitude and strong communication skills required.
