Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a Financial Controller to help lead the finance function during an exciting period of operational transformation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial reporting and month-end close
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing
• Analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and bill of materials management
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong cost accounting and inventory management experience
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Leadership experience with the ability to build processes and improve operations
