About This Role The OR RN Circulator plays a vital role in delivering quality health care to patients within Kaiser Permanente, utilizing nursing processes and leadership skills to address both acute and chronic needs. This position is ideal for experienced RNs who thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment. Highlights Pay: $53 - $79/hour Location: Clackamas, OR Facility: Sunnybrook Medical Offices Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Participate as a member of the health care team to deliver quality health care. Provide a variety of nursing services in person and by phone. Demonstrate personal commitment to service and socially relevant practice. Utilize critical thinking to problem solve and make decisions. Provide culturally sensitive nursing care to a diverse population. Mentor new staff and assist with orientation and staff development. Participate in outreach and in-reach activities to meet clinical targets. Document nursing care provided in compliance with standards. Facilitate coordination of care across all settings. Act as an advocate for individuals and groups with unmet health needs. Requirements Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing High school diploma or GED required Experience: Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years Minimum two (2) years of experience circulating in an inpatient or ambulatory surgery operating room in the past five (5) years Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse License (Oregon) Basic Life Support certification required About Kaiser Permanente Kaiser Permanente is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
