Expected pay for this position is $41.65 - $49.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a salaried position.

Seeking an experienced and energetic recruiter to join our OSF Talent Acquisition team! Candidates located within 60 miles of Peoria, IL are preferred.

Position summary:

This role is responsible for recruiting executive and top leadership positions as well as other professional healthcare personnel. The Executive Recruiter partners with OSF Executive Leadership and Human Resources to enhance the recruitment strategy and attract candidates to OSF. Serves as a staffing expert, advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, identifying market challenges, and supporting leadership hiring needs across divisions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum four years related Human Resources experience in order to gain in-depth knowledge of recruitment.
• Other Skills/Knowledge: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective communication and to lead others at all levels of the medical center toward the accomplishment of strategic goals. Excellent written communication skills necessary for preparing accurate and appropriate documentation, reports, and presentations. Computer skills necessary to enter and manipulate words and data and use standard microcomputer-based software to communicate with others, prepare documentation, and/or analyze data.
