Information Technology Specialist

Worldwide Logistics Inc. is looking for an IT Specialist Level II. As an IT Specialist, you’ll be a member of a growing full-service IT support team. Worldwide Logistics requires an IT Specialist with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to challenges as they arise in our fast-paced, global industry. Ideal candidates should look forward to encountering and troubleshooting new issues as they are brought to us by staff members. The primary duties of this position involve supporting the sales and operations staff both on and off-site, as well as managing software integrations. Responsibilities and Duties Build, configure, and troubleshoot workstations for new users Install operating systems and software applications Create users in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and other systems Maintain asset inventory for all hardware Use a ticketing system to track and maintain workflow Patch and troubleshoot devices and network connectivity Install and troubleshoot hardware such as printers and scanners Oversee and manage special projects through completion Qualifications and Skills Required At least 2 years of experience working for an MSP or in a help desk environment utilizing a ticketing system and RMM tools Experience installing operating systems and software Experience configuring and troubleshooting PCs Familiarity with networking, switching, and routing Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with agency and autonomy Availability for after-hours support as needed Highly Desired Microsoft 365 administration Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus N-able RMM experience Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies Bonus Qualifications Project Management What you’ll get in return Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees 401K Program to help you invest into your future Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr Worldwide Logistics Group
