Job Opportunity: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Our organization, a well-established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located in downtown Chicago, is on the lookout for a board-eligible or board-certified associate. With a rich history spanning 45 years, our practice is situated within a prominent medical complex in the Streeterville area, serving both Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Lurie Children's Hospital.

This position comes with a faculty role at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, as well as an associate clinical professor appointment with the Cook County residency program, where you will have the opportunity to mentor oral surgery interns and general practice residents.

• Engage in a full-scope, fee-for-service practice.
• Manage a diverse case mix, including dental implants, full-arch reconstruction, bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery, pathology, and office-based anesthesia.
• Participate in hospital-based and reconstructive procedures through our affiliated hospitals.
• Provide light call coverage, approximately one week every six weeks.
• Work alongside an experienced surgical and administrative team to ensure a well-supported schedule from day one.

• Board-eligible or board-certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable in a teaching environment.
• Desire to establish a long-term career with our practice.
• Open to both recent graduates and seasoned surgeons.

The total compensation package exceeds $400,000 annually, with additional earnings based on production. Benefits include:

• A signing bonus of $10,000.
• Eligibility for partnership after five years.
• Coverage for malpractice insurance, health insurance, and fees for medical licensing and certification.
