Employee Experience Manager

Position Overview Leesel Transportation Corp. is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage workflow throughout the operations department. The role focuses on optimizing daily activities, improving performance, and fostering a positive company culture. Responsibilities Assist the business and operations manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions related to the operation of the business. Maintain an updated client, customer, contractor, and supplier management system. Monitor expenses and budget in line with the finance and accounting department. Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements related to increased performance. Help with onboarding processes, including screening and interviewing candidates. Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Keep up to date with current market trends and industry forecasts. Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two (2) years of transportation management experience. High school diploma. Salary Field position. Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience.
