Operations Team Leader

Position Summary As an essential first-line supervisor, you will take charge of training and guiding team members to consistently provide an outstanding guest experience. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional food quality, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with all company procedures and standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure team members are well-trained and equipped to assist guests with a friendly, can-do attitude. Maintain high standards for grooming and uniform compliance among team members. Exemplify a welcoming atmosphere by acknowledging every guest with a smile and a positive demeanor. Oversee restaurant cleanliness and organization, leading by example. Monitor food quality to uphold presentation and taste standards. Foster a culture of urgency to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Ensure order accuracy and take corrective actions when necessary to enhance service processes. Implement food safety measures diligently, ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines. Brand Eye Represent the brand with pride and inspire team members to do the same. Lead with a focus on guest satisfaction and support your colleagues in delivering exceptional service. Qualifications A minimum of 6 months of experience at Jack in the Box or 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar setting. Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and may require ServSafe certification based on state laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with basic math proficiency. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and actively engage with guests and team members.
