This position will be based out of Overland Park, Kansas. As a Variable Life And Annuity Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Accident Health as a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional. This role supports the administration of high-income variable life insurance. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in the investment or fund administration industry, with exposure to trade processing and financial advisor support. This position requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in processing investment transactions, and a client-focused mindset./ppWhat will you be doing?/pulliReviewing trade requests for accuracy and completeness./liliProviding trade instructions to our third-party administrator for processing./liliInputting transaction information into our in-house administration system./liliAccurately input transaction data into internal policy administration and investment systems./liliCoordinating trade transactions with various fund managers./liliProcessing and distributing investment related correspondence./liliGenerating and distributing reports./liliIndex and maintain trade-related documentation in electronic filing systems./liliRespond to inquiries from financial advisors and high-net-worth clients in a timely and professional manner./li/ulpRequired Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Customer Service or Sales Support area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Customer Service or Sales Support area/ppPreferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Zurich products and services Complex analytical and problem solving skills 3-5 years of experience in the fund industry, ideally with a fund administrator or a fund management company. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ppYour pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience.
