Head Baker

We are a well-established bakery in Los Angeles known for our delicious pastries and bread We are seeking a skilled Head Baker to lead our team and oversee the production of all baked goods As the Head Baker you will be responsible for creating new recipes managing inventory and training new bakers This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month Key Responsibilities Create and develop new recipes for pastries breads and other baked goods Manage inventory and ensure all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked Oversee the production of all baked goods to ensure quality and consistency Train new bakers on techniques recipes and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker or pastry chef Knowledge of various baking techniques including dough making shaping proofing and baking Creativity and ability to develop new recipes that will appeal to our customers Excellent time-management skills to coordinate production schedules with demand Strong communication skills to effectively train new bakers Preferred Previous experience in a leadership role in a bakery or pastry shop Familiarity with Indian cuisine and baking techniques This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced baker to take on a leadership role in our growing bakery Join our team in Los Angeles and help us continue to create delicious treats that keep our customers coming back for more #J-18808-Ljbffr FlexiRemote Solutions
