This person needs at least 5-7 years of experience delivering innovative software solutions that are scalable, secure, and easy to maintain. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain web applications with a focus on secure authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and integrations between applications and Identity ProvidersCollaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, Product, and Design stakeholders to arrive at solutions that produce customer and business valueDevelop concise, articulate, and detailed technical documentationApply Agile and Lean practices throughout the development lifecycleDesign, build, and maintain automated tests (unit and integration) to ensure high code qualitySupport healthy system operations and ensure high levels of availabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience6+ years of software engineering experienceExpertise building APIs with C# and .NETExperience developing event-driven systems leveraging Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologiesExperience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, or similar architectural approachesExperience with SQL and relational databasesExperience interpreting and contributing to system designFintech or financial services industry experience with working knowledge of financial regulators and their concernsProven track record of teamwork and deliveryPreferred QualificationsExperience with OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML workflowsExperience with multiple server-side programming languagesExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD) or Domain Driven DesignExperience with CI/CD pipelines and managing application deploymentsExperience scaling systems to millions of usersWorking knowledge of the private marketCompensation$85-$90/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
