Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow design patterns and best practices, producing reusable, reliable, and adaptive solutions. Understand business context and processes to translate functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow implementations. Leverage platform capabilities to achieve expected business outcomes. Conduct requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support. Manage ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go‑live support. Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to refine data requirements. Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps. Maintain and develop scoped applications. Define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition. Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps. Proficient with business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, flow designer, and notifications. Qualifications 7‑10+ years of ServiceNow development experience. US Citizenship with ability to obtain a secret clearance. BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Solid understanding of ServiceNow design patterns, best practices, architecture, data model, and core concepts. Solid understanding of ACLs. Fosters a customer‑focused environment. Can communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels in government. Problem solver and critical thinker. Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production. Proficient in AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS and XM.
