Social Media Manager

Overview White Unicorn Agency is looking to hire a full-time Social Media Account Manager. Dallas-based role leading social media strategy and execution for multiple clients, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and video editors to bring brands online in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Lead client meetings, content reporting, and performance recaps Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for multiple client accounts Create and manage monthly social media calendars, including copy, creative briefs, and publishing schedules Collaborate with design and video teams to develop engaging, on-brand content (primarily Reels, TikToks, and static posts) Stay ahead of platform trends and recommend new ideas for content, growth, and engagement Partner with paid media and influencer teams to coordinate efforts and amplify campaigns Coordinate and attend on-site content shoots as needed (must be local to Dallas) This job will be a good fit if you: 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally in an agency setting Strong communication and client relationship skills Comfortable managing content calendars, creative feedback, and deadlines Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and current social trends Ability to attend client meetings, shoots, and team sessions in Dallas as needed Preferred Experience with influencer partnerships or paid social Familiarity with tools like Later and Canva, Video editing or creative briefing experience This Job will not be a good fit if you: Are frequently late Are generally disorganized Have issues handling multiple projects at different levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
