Corporate Real Estate Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IV – Corporate Real Estate & Construction to support corporate real estate operations, office construction initiatives, and corporate insurance administration. This role is responsible for managing commercial lease transactions, office build-outs, relocations, workplace renovations, and office decommissioning projects while coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, landlords, and vendors. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing corporate real estate projects from lease execution through project completion and possesses strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial lease transactions across multiple office locations. Coordinate lease renewals, lease administration, and lease documentation. Support office openings, relocations, consolidations, and closures. Coordinate office decommissioning activities upon lease termination. Oversee real estate projects from lease execution through project completion. Design & Construction Management Manage office design and construction projects. Coordinate workplace build-outs and renovation initiatives. Work with architects, contractors, landlords, and vendors throughout project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Corporate Insurance Support Support annual corporate insurance renewal activities. Assist with administration of multiple corporate insurance programs. Coordinate documentation and policy renewals. Support insurance reporting and compliance activities. Project Coordination Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Facilities, and external vendors. Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates. Coordinate stakeholder meetings and project communications. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 10+ years of corporate real estate and project management experience preferred. Experience managing commercial lease administration and lease transactions. Experience managing office construction, renovations, and workplace improvement projects. Strong design and construction project management experience. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, landlords, and cross-functional business teams. Excellent project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
