We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Northern Stark County & Summit County

- Reasonable patient load an average of 6 patients per day.
- Flexible scheduling design your day to meet both professional and personal needs.
- Local travel only approximately 5070 miles per day with mileage reimbursement.
- Limited weekends rotation only every 56 weeks.
- Comprehensive training we welcome those new to home health and provide full support.
- Supportive leadership our management team is made up of experienced field clinicians who understand your role.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a current LPN license in the State of Ohio
- Have at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred but not required)
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Be comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a care team
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
