Join our growing organization and help us bring healing, hope, and advanced care to the communities we proudly serve. **In this role, you will:*** Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.* Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients preoperatively and manage postoperative clinical care.* Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.**We require:*** Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.* Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant License.* At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (helpful but not required).* Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.* Must have reliable transportation to travel to all locations listed.**What we offer:** Salary up to $165,000/year based on experience. **Benefits:** Health Insurance on day 1, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.
