Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator

Harboroaks in Germantown, TN is seeking a Therapeutic Recreation professional to plan, direct, and implement activity therapy as part of treatment.
The role requires Bachelor's in Therapeutic Recreation, 2+ years in healthcare recreation, CPR and de-escalation certification; Master’s preferred. You will lead sessions, assess patient needs, and promote safe, engaging leisure activities. This position emphasizes patient safety and collaborative care with clinical teams.
