Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress, responding appropriately to changing conditions.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
