Contract Recruiter

Pantheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions, ensuring that we attract top talent to support our company’s growth and success. As a Contract Recruiter at Pantheon, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to source, engage, and select qualified candidates. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract assignments, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to track hiring progress and improve processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment cycle. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness and employer branding. Coordinate and schedule interviews, debrief sessions, and facilitate the offer process in collaboration with HR and hiring managers. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or agency setting, with a track record of successful placements. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and candidate sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software tools. Demonstrated ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit in alignment with company needs. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
