Overview:

Seeking a Quality Engineer with 2+ years of manufacturing experience and hands-on IATF 16949 experience to support a growing precision manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 QMS
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
• Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers on quality issues
• Analyze quality data, reduce scrap, and improve process capability
• Support internal, customer, and supplier audits
• Investigate customer complaints and internal nonconformances

Requirements:

• 2+ years Quality Engineering/Quality Systems experience in manufacturing
• IATF 16949 experience required
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Experience with metal forming, springs, wire products, stamping, or precision manufacturing is a plus
