To do this, we demonstrate our core values of kindness, quality, innovation, trust, and pride, and empower every team member to do the right thing!The Springs Living is seeking a strategic and collaborative Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing initiatives across our growing portfolio of senior living communities. This role partners closely with Operations, Facilities, Finance, Design, and community leaders to drive procurement excellence, strengthen vendor accountability, improve consistency, and deliver sustainable cost savings while enhancing the resident and team member experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sourcing strategies for operational goods, services, equipment, furnishings, and facilities-related categoriesLead competitive bid processes, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selectionManage vendor relationships, performance reviews, compliance requirements, contract renewals, and issue resolutionIdentify opportunities for standardization, vendor consolidation, and portfolio-wide purchasing efficienciesDevelop and maintain procurement policies, purchasing standards, workflows, and reporting toolsAnalyze spending trends, track savings initiatives, and support budgeting and capital planning effortsPartner with cross-functional teams to support acquisitions, new community openings, and operational growthQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, or contract administrationProven success negotiating contracts and managing supplier performanceStrong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skillsExperience in multi-site organizations preferred; senior living, healthcare, hospitality, facilities, or property management experience is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement, ERP, or financial systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to travel periodically throughout Oregon, Washington, and MontanaBenefits :Health insurance (includes zero co-pay for mental health counseling)Dental insuranceVision insurance401(k) matchingShort-term and Long-term disabilityEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountLife insurancePaid time off/SabbaticalProfessional developmentOn-site chiropractic careEmployee Wellness PlatformOn-site gymDiscounted Gym MembershipThis position is fully on-site and based in Beaverton, Oregon.
