Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Launch your career in maintenance and engineering at JLL!The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.Expected Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days, Saturday and Sunday availability is requiredWhat your day-to-day will look like:Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipmentPerform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or paintingComplete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintains appropriate service documentationMaintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditionsWork closely under the direction of Operating Engineers, Chief Engineers and othersParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsSupport on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)Other projects and tasks to be assignedOn-site presence requiredComplete job description available on JLL's internal portalRequired qualifications:1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentryTrade school, union training, military service or college is desirableAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfort using ladders up to 30 feet tallAbility to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or driveStrong customer service skillsValid driver licenseThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
