Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their specific mental health needs. \n
- Implement crisis intervention strategies, creating both pre-crisis and crisis management plans as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, adhering to local, state, and federal regulatory standards to support the integrity of our practice. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and screening tools as indicated, providing our clients with the highest standard of care. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support plans, fostering an inclusive environment for our elderly clients. \n
- Actively engage in the quality assurance processes by participating in licensing and accreditation initiatives, enhancing the clinic’s operational standards. \n
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients and external agencies, ensuring clients access necessary resources and support. \n
- Network with local and federal agencies to identify potential partnerships, funding opportunities, and community outreach options. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid Washington State License as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). \n
