Key Responsibilities Specialized Evaluations : Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments. Tailored Treatment Plans : Develop individualized plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client-specific needs. Evidence-Based Practice: Provide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients. Collaborative Approach : Engage with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Training Role : Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client-specific guidance. Leadership : Guide Clinical Fellows, ensuring excellence in patient care. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Certification : Current CCC certification from ASHA, or current CF Indiana License Experience : Preferably two years, with a focus on ASD in ages 5-21. Experience with other developmental disorders also valued. Background Check : Must clear an Indiana Criminal background check. Passion for the Role : A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young adults. Ethical Standards : Commitment to the highest ethical standards and practices. Position Details Employment Type : Full-time (40 hours/week), in person, schedules can be adjusted to align with your availability. Compensation Range : $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Billing Quota : 25 hours per week of direct client service.
