- Consistent and caring staff with lots of tenure
- Requirements: Must be BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology
- Compensation: $625,000 (Flat salary)
- Benefits: Full Benefits
- $75,000 Sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus
- $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
- 33 days of PTO
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- Malpractice with tail included at no cost
