We're currently seeking experienced and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team and help patients recover safely and comfortably in their homes. Responsibilities Provide in-home physical therapy to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized care plans Implement therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation best practices Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams Complete timely and accurate documentation in our EMR (Kinnser/WellSky) Qualifications Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license (Required) 1+ year of home health experience (Required) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (Required) Familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky (Preferred) Excellent time management and communication skills CPR certification (Preferred) Compensation Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for eligible full-time candidates Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Flexible scheduling Supportive team culture Weekly pay Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability (optional) Full-Time or Part-Time available Why Join Frontpoint Health?
