Strive to meet sales goals and assist with guest services. Host birthday parties and events on a day-to-day basis. Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. Provide great customer service, be self-motivated and self-disciplined, and work well with a team. Qualifications Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun-focused environment. Willingness to learn on-the-job and participate in training programs. Compensation and Perks Team Leads earn up to $20/hour and have opportunities to earn tips, bonuses, and commissions in addition to regular wages.
