If you're an HVAC leader who knows how to develop people, improve performance, and drive business growth, we want to hear from you!What We Offer$90,000–$110,000 Annual Base SalaryPerformance-Based Bonus OpportunitiesCompany Vehicle & Fuel CardMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off Starting Day One & Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveCompany-Provided TechnologyLeadership Development & Advancement OpportunitiesWhat You'll DoLead and develop residential HVAC service technicians, installers, supervisors, and frontline leaders.Oversee daily HVAC service and installation operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability.Drive revenue, operational performance, and department growth.Monitor and improve KPIs, including average ticket, conversion rates, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, team meetings, and technical development initiatives.Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling, technician utilization, and customer experience.Recruit, train, and retain skilled HVAC professionals while developing future leaders.Establish accountability, resolve operational challenges, and improve team performance.Support plumbing and electrical operations as business needs require.Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service.What We're Looking ForProven management or operational leadership experience required.Residential HVAC service or installation management experience strongly preferred.Strong understanding of HVAC field operations, technician performance, and service delivery.Experience managing revenue goals, profitability, KPIs, and team performance.Demonstrated success coaching technicians and developing high-performing teams.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Plumbing, electrical, or broader residential home services leadership experience considered.ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience preferred.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Ability to complete required pre-employment screening.Build Your Future With PeadenAt Peaden, we invest in leaders who take ownership, develop strong teams, and deliver results.
