Facilities Engineering Manager - Improve Equipment & PM

GXO Logistics, Inc.

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Facilities Engineering in Clayton, Indiana. In this critical role, you will drive continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment performance across the contract packaging network. Your responsibilities include coordinating teams for preventive maintenance programs, supporting capital projects, and ensuring that all facility equipment is maintained in good working order. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree are required.
