Lead from the Front.We are a fast-growing premium home delivery and logistics company looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to lead and grow our Cleveland operation.This isn't a large corporate warehouse where you're managing hundreds of employees. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation, make a direct impact every day, and help shape what this location becomes over the next several years.Our Cleveland operation currently runs 3-4 delivery routes daily with a small warehouse team of 2-3 employees, but we're looking for someone who sees opportunity-not limitations. If you're energized by building teams, improving operations, recruiting great people, and growing a business, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoLead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and local delivery team.Recruit, interview, and onboard independent delivery contractors.Build strong relationships with drivers and create a culture people want to be part of.Coach and develop warehouse employees while leading by example.Ensure deliveries meet the highest standards for quality and customer service.Monitor productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs.Work closely with corporate leadership to execute growth initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand the business.Jump in wherever needed-this is a hands-on leadership role.What We're Looking ForProven leadership experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or home delivery.Strong recruiting skills with the ability to attract and retain quality delivery teams.Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing operation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead by example and earn the respect of your team.Desire to grow both personally and professionally as the operation expands.Why This Role Is DifferentMany operations management jobs are about maintaining the status quo.This one is about building something bigger.You'll have the support of an experienced leadership team while having the autonomy to make decisions, grow your market, build your team, and leave your mark on the operation.
