Job Title: Press Operator Location: Chandler, AZ 85226 Pay: $18-$23.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6am-2:30pm Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our production team in Chandler. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership by example, attention to detail, and an ability to follow instructions. The Press Operator will assist the Manufacturing Manager with all production tasks and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor. Key Experience Sought: Metal stamping Die-cutting Converting Hydraulic Punch Press operation (Not CNC) Essential Job Functions: Correct and safe use of production equipment Accurately read and follow work order instructions Record part counts, lot/batch/cure numbers, and scrap amounts Load, use, identify, and store tooling properly Package materials correctly to ensure product safety during handling and shipping Label products with correct information (P/N, Qty, Lot, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (as trained and requested) Participate in cycle counts for Ryobi and other customers Identify and communicate waste during fabrication Store and identify raw material stock appropriately Record labor hours for parts produced Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area Record run parameters for each job Follow all safety protocols in your work area Contribute to production feasibility meetings (if requested) Knowledge & Skills: Excellent physical strength and stamina Strong time-management and interpersonal skills Superior attention to detail Education & Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a related field preferred (final determination made by Hiring Manager) How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and contact information.
