This role offers consistent freight, strong weekly pay, and reliable home time . Drivers will run freight primarily to and from Chicago rail yards, covering surrounding states with predictable lanes and steady miles. What You'll Do Run regional routes across WI, IL, IA, and MN Operate between rail yards and customer locations Maintain safe and efficient driving practices Pay & Compensation Average Annual Pay: $80,000 – $103,000 Average Weekly Pay (first 2–3 months): ~$1,450 Mileage Pay: $0.59 – $0.64 CPM Additional Pay:
