Pediatric Cardiac Icu NurseLocation: Indianapolis, IndianaFacility: Ascension Peyton Manning Children's HospitalDepartment/Specialty: Pediatric/Cardiac ICUSchedule: FT DayHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleCardiac Monitoring & Assessment: Perform hemodynamic and continuous cardiac monitoring for post-op pediatric heart surgery and congenital heart defect patients.Advanced Mechanical & Pharmacological Support: Manage ECMO, VADs, and complex vasoactive infusions for critically ill pediatric cardiac patients.Post-Surgical Critical Care: Deliver post-operative recovery care, managing ventilators, pacemakers, chest tubes, and invasive lines.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with cardiologists and surgeons to deliver family-centered critical care.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
