Responsibilities: • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Qualifications: • Prior experience in the food service industry. • Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
