Position: Shift Leader

THE "SHIFT LEADER" PLAYBOOK

As the leader on the floor, you aren't just watching from the sidelines. You are the heart of the café:

• Coach the Squad: You’ll mentor our Crew Members, teaching them the art of "Unparalleled Hospitality" and keeping the energy high.
• The Vibe Guard: You’re the final word on quality. From the perfect consistency of a Bahama Mama to the crunch of a toasted flatbread, you make sure it’s perfect.
• Master of Operations: You’ll handle the "grown-up stuff"—opening/closing procedures, balancing cash drawers with total accuracy, and keeping the café stage-ready.
• Problem Solver in Chief: Guest has a question? A blender acting up? You’re the one with the answers and the calm "no-sweat" attitude.
