Member Assist Cart Attendant

You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. Responsibilities You will: Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, help members with purchases, and make sure carts are ready and available. Assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Keep member satisfaction as a top priority and stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately. Resolve member issues and concerns, promote the company's products and services, and carry out safety sweeps. Process member purchases, assist with payments, and handle cash registers according to company policies. Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items. Communicate progress and information, determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to changes. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $26.00, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding local minimum wage.
