Aspirus Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about providing behavioral health services to patients in Weston, Wisconsin.

OPPORTUNITY:

\n

\n
• Full-time, 5 days per week (7:30am5:00pm, flexible hours); no call, no weekends
\n
• Primarily adult and adolescent patients, with opportunity to see children
\n
• Potential for hybrid care model with onsite and telehealth visits
\n
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
\n
• Collaborative, team-based care model with internal referrals between primary care and behavioral health teams
\n
• Dedicated support staff, including a skilled behavioral health reception team for scheduling and templates
\n
• Qualifications:\n
  \n
  • PMHNP certification required for Nurse Practitioners
  \n
  • Physician Assistants must obtain psychiatry certification within 2 years of hire
  \n
  • Experience preferred
