Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures
- Collaborate with medical team and document patient information accurately
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Use critical thinking skills to respond effectively to emergency situations
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- Minimum 2+ years ER nursing experience
- Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficient in patient assessment and emergency care protocols
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
- Certification in clinical specialty areas
