• Full-Time — Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM

Phoenix

• Part-Time — Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM–6:00 PM
• Part-Time — Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM–6:00 PM

Arizona City

• Part-Time — Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

Surprise

• Part-Time — Tue & Thu, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

What You'll Do

 

Working one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll:

• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy
• Support social skills groups and community activities
• Collect data and track client progress
• Help carry out behavior support plans
• Partner with families and your clinical team

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A genuine passion for helping children and families succe
