Flexible hours are provided with the need for some evening hours, in-person and telehealth sessions. This position will work in collaboration with our Psychiatrist on staff.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct psychiatric evaluations for all clientsConduct ongoing medication management when neededComplete all required documentation by a given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulationsEnsure all clinical notes and client information are updated and accurate within the current EHR systemProvide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when neededWork in collaboration with administrative staff to ensure client needs are successfully metAbility to commute between sites when neededQualifications:Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited schoolBilingual in English and Spanish preferredMust be certified with the Drug Enforcement Administration in order to prescribe medication to clientsMust be licensed in New York StateExperience working with Medicaid/Medicare Clients is a plusMust be passionate about working with underserved communities and possess a high level of engagement, entrepreneurial, and interpersonal skills$80 - $90 an hour Compensation is based on credentials and experience.Working Conditions:This position requires travel to our mental health satellite clinic in the Bronx. This is a professional work environment where a computer, desk, chair, and office supplies will be provided.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the role above.
