How you'll make an impact in this role

• Ensure a safe environment by providing security services, patrolling premises, monitoring access, and responding to threats. Investigate and document incidents, maintain emergency preparedness, assist staff and visitors, and report problems or equipment issues.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required. All state CCWs are accepted with the exception of ME, NH, NJ, OR and VT.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Law Enforcement obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Security Professional obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

One or more of the following preferred:

• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 40 hours a week | M-F | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM | Every other weeekend | Must work 4 holidays out of the year
• Must have valid Wisconsin driver's license and able to obtain a conceal and carry permit (CCW).
• Prior security/law enforcement/military experince preferred
