For more information, please visit Description:Summary:The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, overseeing the day-to-day operations in the service region related to service, installation and movement/removal to ensure all locations are properly scheduled, serviced, and maintained. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of projects with Service Technicians.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise and schedule equipment installations and removals within a regionSupervise, track, maintain and audit regional gaming parts and equipmentMonitor Workday for regional Gaming Service Technicians day-to-day, timecards and PTO hoursRespond and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner; prioritize according to urgency and locationManage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are neededCompletes all necessary documentation for device entry and logsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 21 years of ageValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License by the Illinois Gaming BoardStrong organizational skillsCommitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflowAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesVersatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm#AEGamingBase Pay Range:$50-65k based on experienceThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
